In June 2018, I completed a story from my childhood in wood engravings and letterpress. "Papa Will's Miniature Village" is in the artist's books collection at Virginia Commonwealth University's Cabell Library.
Papa Will's Miniature Village tells the story of my great-grandfather, Will Butcher and the intricate doll houses he made between 1929 and 1949 to supplement his retirement income.
